Production Process
Sales & Commercial
We conduct a swift and efficient sales and commercial process that ensures a thorough verification of our clients' requirements and needs.
Art Design
Files are digitally prepared and reviewed to ensure they reach the printing process in optimal conditions.
Paper Converting Process
We transform paper rolls into sheets using 100% recyclable materials, with a focus on environmental sustainability.
Offset prepress
We use CTP equipment alongside dedicated high speed broadband, calibrated monitors and test plotters to guarantee confidentiality and top quality of work.
STAMPING Machine
We have manual and automatic stamping machines to provide special design surfaces to each folding box. It is important to note that this service constitutes an additional process aimed at those projects that want their boxes to acquire a premium appearance and improve their presentation.
Inspection
The inspection process, carried out by female head of the household, inspect 100% of the units in each printed batch, ensuring the quality of the product.
dispatch
Finally, the Shipping stage is responsible for managing the delivery of the product to the customer. Our dispatch services cover both national and international destinations, always seeking to differentiate ourselves by adding value to our products and our supply chain.

Die-Cut Mold Production
We manufacture high-precision Die Cut molds for future productions.
Ink Laboratory
We carry out the preparation and analysis of inks, ensuring that they are free of heavy materials. We have color measurement and control equipment to guarantee the quality of the final product.
Offset Printing
We use Heidelberg brand offset printing machines in different formats and colors, including ecological varnishes. These machines operate at high speed and use environmentally friendly cleaners.
Die- CUTTING Machine
We use BOBST flat bed machines for die-cutting in various formats, equipped with pre- trimming units to guarantee the quality of the finish.
Folding carton gluing
The gluing process involves the assembly and finishing of the folding box on cutting edge tech machines, which allows efficient production of up to 85,000 units per hour in line, and up to 25,000 units per hour automatically.
